You can register online as a first step, but to receive general counseling or other assistance packages you have to visit the Mobility Centre at Tamarashvili Str. 15a, 0177 Tbilisi. |

You don’t need to make an appointment. You can visit us Mo.-Fr. from 10-17.30hrs. If you live outside Tbilisi and you make an appointment by telephone, we do our best to assist you first. |

Which documents do I need when visiting the Mobility Centre? |

You need just your ID-card for general counseling or to get assistance in job-seeking. For other assistance packages you have to bring any document proving your stay abroad (e.g. passport). |

You can send your documents electronically, but you will be required to bring the documents to the Mobility Centre when you first visit. |

Yes, you can speak Georgian since all counselors at the Mobility Centre are Georgian nationals. |

Yes, you can receive assistance for starting up your own business. We can help you to develop your business plan and to start up the business. For more details please visit the Mobility Centre. |

For general counseling or assistance in job-seeking it does not matter how long ago you returned to Georgia. To get other assistance packages you have to register for assistance within one year after return. |

Is assistance of the MC limited to returnees from certain countries? |

|
|
It doesn’t matter from which country you are arriving. You are eligible for assistance after return from any country in the world. |

Can I ask for some assistance if I stayed abroad illegally? |

It does not matter what kind of residence you had abroad (study, legal employment, as illegal migrant etc.). |

Does the period of stay abroad matter? |

To get general counseling or help with job-seeking it does not matter, for other services your stay abroad should have been at least 6 months. |

Can I also get assistance after deportation? |

Yes, assistance is also available in case of deportation. However you should be registered at the Mobility Center within one year after return/deportation. |

Can I get cash as part of the assistance package? |

The Mobility Centre can help paying your trainings/education, other services are in kind. There is no assistance in cash. |

Do you have a specific assistance package for children? |

Assistance does not include any specific package for children, although the Mobility Centre can assist children who need some help in learning Georgian to find a Georgian language course. |
